The specific things you will learn in Lesson Three: Backbends are:

– How to evenly distribute load throughout the spine to create a pain-free backbending experience
– Isolating specific activations (i.e. hip extension, and overhead range of motion) to avoid unconscious compensations
– Integrating use of upper and lower body strength and mobility into the global movement patterns of backbends
