Cecily and Ian will merge their respective expertise in movement, mobility, yoga, strength work and functional training to create an experience unlike anything else you’ve ever seen or attended.

Day One will focus on the lower body, zeroing in on the hips, knees and ankles to transform the global movement of all global movements: the squat.

Day Two will focus on the upper body, looking at the spine, shoulders and wrists through a lens that will demystify the movement prerequisites of complex overhead positions like backbends and handstand. Both days will include a Kinstretch class targeted at bringing awareness and activation to specific parts the body, as well as time dedicated to assessment and movement exploration.

This workshop is open to all – any level of practitioner from all movement disciplines. Space will be limited to 35 participants.
