Yoga Detour is honoured to be partnered with Navina™. At Navina™,  the focus is on optimal biomechanics, the use of anatomy and creating a deeply relaxing client experience while still maintaining the heart-centred approach of the ancient art form of Thai Massage. Within the Navina™ curriculum an attempt is made to expand the ideas and methods that are commonly presented in trainings in order to build a more comprehensive study and investigation of the human mind-body-spirit.

The team at Float believe that floating, as a practice, can provide benefits to the majority of people who decide to lie down in a float tank. Floatation is amazingly simple, very powerful and extremely versatile.  People are drawn to floating to find relief from physical discomfort and stress, encourage personal development, or simply for some peace and tranquility. Inevitably, most people end up harnessing some combination of the many reported benefits. The most common testimonials are profound peace and relaxation, deep concentration and heightened creativity.

The Foot Collective is a group of Canadian physical therapists that were fed up with treating foot problems caused by modern footwear. Their mission is to educate humans about their bodies starting at the feet and empower them to take back control of their health. They preach the truth about feet and do their best to post the most current and effective knowledge on how to restore your feet and hips back to functioning optimally. Yoga Detour is excited to be TFCs Toronto Educational partner.
