Cancellation & Refunds

In-person training

Once purchased, in-person trainings hosted by Yoga Detour are non-refundable. If you cancel 72 hours before the training begins we will offer you a credit towards a future in-person training. Trainings hosting by other studios are subject to their own refund policies. Deposits are always non-refundable.

Online courses

Refunds for Detour Method Online will be granted within 7 days of the course start date that you have enrolled for. All refund requests received within that time frame will be honoured without question. Once this date has passed, online training purchases are non-refundable.

Digital products

Once purchased, digital products (webinars, PDF downloads, etc.) are non-refundable.


Unless noted as final sale, merchandise like t-shirts are refundable within the 30 day period that they were purchased less a 20% admin fee. The purchaser will be responsible for sending the item back, at their shipping expense. Once the product is received a refund will be issued.

Online memberships (M3 and Detour Virtual Studio)

Membership fees are billed in advance, are NON-REFUNDABLE, and automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or for months unused. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account page (M3 only), directly through PayPal or by emailing your request to [email protected]. You will retain access to the content or membership site until the end of the next billing cycle – either a month or year from the sign up date. You will no longer have access to the membership site, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require access to the service and do not wish to be billed further.
